Condolences: To the family, friends and admirers of longtime Tampa Bay radio personality “Captain” Mel Berman. Veteran Tampa Bay radio exec and resident Gabe Hobbs tells NTS MediaOnline Today that Berman died from complications following heart surgery that was performed yesterday.
