“Popular speech, by definition, needs no protection.” That’s just one point to ponder that Dial-Global syndicated talk host Neal Boortz has for the Class of 2009 in his “The Commencement Speech I Never Gave.” During this season of graduation, we offer excerpts from the WSB/Atlanta-based talker’s address, which he finally got to deliver this week at a special presentation at Georgia’s Kennesaw State University to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
