David Hall Exits CBS/Los Angeles: According to Don Barrett's LARadio.com the veteran programmer/manager has left the building at all-newsers KNX and KFWB. Hall first joined the stations five years ago after a long run at crosstown KFI
where he was credited as the chief architect behind the unique and
groundbreaking approach of the "more stimulating" News/Talker. L.A.
radio scribe Don Barrett said it's unclear if Hall's contract
was not renewed, or if he "resigned for an unnamed position in the
marketplace." Either way, it's a safe bet the talented programmer won't
be on the beach for very long and we expect to hear of his next move
early in the New Year.

SRN's Prager Gets "Terminated": Not to worry, Salem Radio Network host Dennis Prager is still very much employed at the Dallas-based network. But he did get to join California "Governator" Arnold Schwarzenegger
in the guv's famous "smoking tent" in Sacramento last night after
emceeing ceremonies to light the California State Capitol Menorah. This
year's celebration honored Project PRIDE, the Chabad-sponsored
outreach program that helps prevent drug use and was also dedicated to
the victims of the recent terrorist attacks in Mumbai, India. Check out
Prager's trip to the tent with Schwarzenegger to enjoy a couple of fine
stogies HERE.

Limbaugh's Got Cat Scratch Fever: The Premiere Radio Networks host was in Dallas last weekend to watch the Cowboys play the New York Giants and reports he had a brief encounter with rocker Ted Nugent
on the sidelines before the game. "Ted Nugent sang the National Anthem,
and I saw 'The Nuge' on the sideline posing with people for pictures,"
said El Rushbo about his close encounter with the Motor City Madman. "I
walked up and inserted myself in the picture at one point and started
singing Cat Scratch Fever and he turned around and looked at me
and said, 'Whoa!' He was decked out in his camouflage garb and the
camouflage cowboy hat and his wife was there. It was just a great
time."
